Yayy i've graduated into the next phase of my life, being officially 18!  i've been looking so much to this day and the 14 hours of fun from the moment i wake up to the very last minute of 31st Oct flew by so quickly! nonetheless, i had the greatest time of my life with good food, family & friends, and of course, many many presents!  ok this will be a long post, just bear with me eh! xD

On 29th Oct, zhiwei, isaac, qingyu, yuxin and xinran celebrated my bdae at school's manna cafe! yea, my new fav hangout place~ xD as i was walking along the corridor, qy jumped from behind me and covered my eyes!!!!! and there i was... blinded and led to the cafe. ohman quite paiseh ok. >.< lol was greeted by a PUMPKIN and a candle stuck on top! haha i thought they were joking about the pumpkin? but i guess not. eventually, i got a real cake la.  received lots of lovely presents (like the leeminho poster!!!)! and the cards were super touching! =)

On my birthday itself, i had lunch with mum and aunt at Forlino at One Fullerton!! ambience was great! with a 'choir' singing me the bdae song! food and champgane were fantastic and got so full that i was on the verge of puking. >.< feel really grateful towards them for giving me such a perfect and warm celebration! xD

After lunch, i headed down to Esplanade next door to meet huiyan and steph in the lib! stayed there for around 3 hrs? BUT not productive at all. >.< >.< ohwell, i kinda expected that anyway. eunice arrived at 5, which was earlier than expected! xP hahaha. went down to Ichiban Boshi for dinner at around 6.30 and the queue was.... long. not long enough for eunice and I to finish putting our make-up though. >.< it was present-giving time over dinner! i REALLY LOVE the presents!!!  everything was pink, no doubt! xD bullbull had extra presentS for me!!! gonna utilise them well during prom man!  thanks girls!

After dinner (technically we're still waiting for eunice to finish hers), adriel joined us for the supposedly happy hour... which turned out to be the sweet ice-cream hour. >.< lol so we went for ice-cream fondue at haagen-dazs! very attas right!  esplanade was quite lively at night actually! there was some very hot dancing happening at the concourse and we got to watch javanese gamelan at the outdoor theatre! yes... irama changes, suling, rebab and blaa... we were all trying to identify them. >.<

so happy hour was cancelled and huiyan and i followed adriel to orchard. it was around 10. >.< ok was quite a stupid decision cos had to walk a lot. >.< ohhh i bought jolly shandy which has like only 0.03% of alcohol? it's $2 in my fav lychee flavour! not bad at all. =)

Today, one day after my birthday, my sis and fiance treated me to lunch at Thanying in Sentosa! a simple thai fare which was essentially what i needed after so much food yest. the place was really pretty though!  

yayy this basically sums up my birthday celebrations! and there are many more to come cos i still have lots (yea not jk. ) of presents that i haven't claimed! hehe exciting. xD i love birthdays!

so a HUGE THANK YOU to all my friends especially the above-mentioned awesome people who've spent time with me despite our respective busy mugging schedules!! also thanks to everyone who wished me on fb (i was quite surprised when i had so many notifications on fb xP), those who messaged me, called me (my juniors! <3) and attempted to call me but was asleep (xuanhan!). >.< and yes pearlyn, you were the first one to text me the birthday wishes... but it was at 23:59. >.< and isaac's sms happened to be at 12:00 exactly! xD and bullbull called me at 12:01 to sing me a lovely birthday song thru the phone! plus sis my sis whom i was webcamming with at that time and huiyan whom i was talking to on msn! yay very puctual these people.  okok i better end off this post and go mug!

thank you fairy godmama and papa for the countless things you've done for me and giving ur daughter so much happiness!

bullbull and i went to visit adriel's husky -- Aspen (if i get the spelling right)!!  really pretty dog that err loves to bite a little too much. >.< otherwise, it's really fluffy to stroke (/molest). hahaha xD too bad no photos today though! =P had a wonderful home-cooked dinner today! yay life's great!  but i still can't do econs. =.=
